As a Field Sales & Marketing Partner at Pinewart Solutions, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with different teams to identify opportunities, engage with potential customers, and promote innovative solutions that drive business growth.
This position requires a creative and strategic mindset, where you’ll need to think outside the box and adapt to different customer needs. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services
- Take initiative in problem-solving and overcoming challenges to achieve business goals
Must Have
- Strong communication skills in any one language (English, Odia, Telugu, or Hindi)
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset – ability to work independently
- Creative and strategic thinking – adapt to different customer needs
- Willingness to travel and meet customers in person
- Basic understanding of business growth and customer engagement
Nice to have
- Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, marketing, business development)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
